A photo exhibition was opened in the ICC on December 3, 2019, on the day of a person with disabilities. "People with disabilities Who are they? Let's get acquainted. Let's get to know them closer. What they live and do. What can we learn from parents and loved ones of special children? Who are the people who captivate them, take care of them, try to interest them. In our city there are various centers "City of Hope", "Orange City", "Leader", in which people help special children to adapt to the environment, society. They help to acquire the skills necessary for later life.
