No future

In the Fotografika Gallery (2019) About the exhibition: The concept of the future, inextricably linked with the phenomenon of time and its metaphysics, excites every person. For photographers who snatch a moment from the time stream, this topic is especially interesting for its complexity and versatility. Is it possible to look into the future with a static photograph that captures the present moment in time? Will it be possible to explore the future with the help of the past? Or is the future elusive, because every second is followed by the next, and this process is not subject to anyone? Is it possible to comprehend it in this case? Or is it not worth thinking about the future at all, because we are here and now? Young photographers and artists, students of the Academy of Photography, ask these questions, exploring them with the help of various visual languages and their own, sometimes very personal experience.
