My grandmother, Lizun Vera Mikhailovna, has a veteran of labor medal, her total work experience is more than 40 years. After graduating from the library college, my grandmother worked in a military unit as a club manager and part-time librarian. After the wedding, my grandmother graduated from a trade school and worked in a Department store in the installment department in the processing of loans. A little later, she worked at the Higher Military-Political School as a librarian. Although my grandmother has been retired for a long time, she works around the house every day, and I almost always find her doing household chores.
They have been married to their husband, my grandfather Vasily, for 64 years. To this day, they take care of each other. And for me, this is an example of a real sincere feeling, mutual respect, mutual understanding, support. About five years ago, my Grandfather went blind, but my grandmother inspires him with her love and support to live without losing interest in life, helping him in everything.
Every morning it begins with obligatory prayers, the Grandmother prays for her three children, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as for all relatives and friends.
Grandma is an example of diligence, respect for others, wisdom for me. She teaches my children what she once taught me: honesty, kindness, sincerity, prudence.
